Situated in the heart of South Harrow, behind Waitrose Supermarket. Closest underground station is South Harrow Station which is on the Piccadilly Line and only a short walking distance from the centre.

Caretaker and catering staff needs customer service skills, and needs to learn how to walk through a crowd without barging and spilling geusts drinks... cowboys.
Today we went to event at this venue and we were very disappointed with the service and management there. When clients or customers have any issue it’s the management who needs to solve it however today the management were not keen to help. Today my elderly uncle dropped his ring whilst washing his hands in the sink. He was very worried and scared he asked for help. I then asked for help at the management who first said if it’s in the sink it will go drainage. He was very hesitance to look at the sink. After couple of minutes he came looked with a torch then said it’s not possible to take out. Then I asked can I speak to someone senior to him he then directed me to Devandra who said he is manager / owner of the place he said he can’t do anything it’s your fault he is not responsible and he will not attempt to help. After arguments and discussion he then said he will call plumber tomorrow and we will need to pay for expense. I said we can call plumber today they were like they can’t get anyone random they said they will book someone tomorrow and then we will have to pay for that expense. I felt there was no professional no safety precautions in the sink so that nothing falls. It felt like it was left open purposely so these incidents happen. Luckily gold ring was taken out with a long tweezer there was no leak and damage however even after it was taken out by the guests the manager was blaming. I feel this venue management should receive 0/5. I will be passing this experience to all my friends and family as I felt manager lacks customer care.
Avoid the kitchen downstairs its filthy and run by random people who least care about anything except their high income esp during navrarti avoid avoid
excellent place that Lohana have organised for themselves. being in an industrial site. no neighbours to complain when programs are held in the evening or weekends.
Very good place for various community occasions. Attended many Indian community events. Thanks.
